How do I return an item?
Warranty/Returns Policy This policy was last updated on 05/24/2013 Please read the following carefully and understand our policies on warranties before making any purchases. Any warranties being offered begin on the the date your order was delivered. Please check your order upon date of delivery to ensure it is correct and everything is in good working order.
Hardware and Accessories Warranty The following items are only covered by a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty and a ticket must be submitted through the help desk within 24 hours of date received. Atomizers Batteries Cartomizers Clearomizers Replaceable coil heads
The DOA warranty begins on the date of delivery and lasts for only 24 hours. Please check all DOA warranty items listed above upon delivery and contact us immediately if you have received a defective product. The above items will only be covered by the DOA warranty as long as there are no signs of heavy use or any modifications have been made to said item.
Any item that is deemed not to be sold by us will not be covered by this warranty and will be returned to you without an exchange. Please see the warranty exchange policy below for information on how to exchange defective items.

Warranty Exchange Policy You must contact us by email at email@example.com within the specified times below for all warranty exchanges: DOA (dead on arrival) - within 24 hours beginning on the date of delivery
All new customers (less than three purchases) must return any defective item (at your cost) prior to a replacement being sent out. A replacement item will ship within 24 hours after we receive your defective item. If any item being returned is deemed not to have been sold by us, said item will be returned to you and no replacement will be issued. For customers with more than three purchases, a replacement item will ship within 24 hours of you contacting us. We will provide a return mailing label with the replacement item so there will be no cost to you to return a defective item.
Refunds Policy We do not offer refunds on any products sold on this website we only offer replacements or store credit. All sales are final.
